Quiet Plane is dedicated to delivering superior quality craftsmanship in all our installations and providing our clients with the customized service experience they would expect from a leading industry professional. We’ll work with you to develop a plan for your quiet aircraft interior, and once the purchase order is received, materials will be ordered, and drawings and certification documents are developed for your project.

Engineering & Installation

Quiet Plane utilizes an innovative aircraft engineering team to develop drawings specific to your individual aircraft and provides our clients with PDF documentation so they can see the plan and ensure the proposal aligns with their vision.

Once we obtain an approval, Quiet Plane will schedule the professional installation of your noise reduction kit, with a QP representative maintaining an onsite presence throughout the project to ensure the materials are installed correctly and effectively.

Certification

The structural and flammability substantiation aspects of the noise reduction package is certified by an FAA Form 8110-3 provided by Quiet Plane, and an FAA Form 8130-3 provided by the installer. As an alternative, an STC can be pursued (to be quoted separately).

All materials are in compliance with the applicable portions of 14 CFR 25.853 and 14 CFR 25.856. A Certificate of Conformance, any aircraft specific flammability test reports, and an FAA Form 8110-3 (approved by a flammability Designated Engineering Representative) will be provided to demonstrate full compliance with the regulations.
